Some of Spain’s best kept Gastronomic secrets are held in the kitchens of some of the most traditional and authentic restaurants on the outskirts of the city centre. For a truly authentic culinary experience these lively locations are guaranteed to satisfy you on more levels than one.

DURATION
Lunch starts between 13:30 and 15:00 lasts until between 15:00 and 16:30. Dinner in Spain generally starts at 20:00 at the earliest, 23:00 at the latest and can continue being served until as late as 01:00 in the morning.
AVAILABILITY
These restaurants are open all year round besides August, which is the holiday month for restaurants. During certain periods of the year special local cuisines are on offer such as the Cal็ots and Romescu sauce which can be enjoyed from November end till March.
PARTICIPANTS
Traditional Spanish restaurants are generally quite limited in capacity and so recommended for smaller groups.
WEATHER
We are lucky to have great weather in Barcelona most of the year around. In the case of unfavourable weather conditions you are able to make use of traditional Spanish restaurants indoor or outdoor dining set up.
WHAT TO WEAR
Smart Casual. Traditional Spanish restaurants are very laid back and rarely enforce a dress code.
