Availability is better some parts of the year but for bookings during the busiest business conference periods such as September and October, and February through to April it is recommended you book with considerable notice especially in the case of large groups

PARTICIPANTS
The largest hotels in Barcelona can cater for up to 500 people at any one time though to book up the whole hotel a minimum of 1 year notice is needed

WEATHER
Barcelona has a temperate climate with over 250 days of sunshine a year, generally the hotels can offer all its facilities year round though in some cases outdoor dining is not possible for 3 to 4 months during the coldest winter months

WHAT TO WEAR
Bring clothing to fit the season and the activities you are doing. If you expect to be doing a lot of walking good shoes are highly recommended
