A company based in Barcelona, Spain with CIF B63290761 CANCELLATIONS In the instance of an event being cancelled by the service provider due to unsuitable conditions or any other unforeseen factors Lifestyle Experiences Group will try to reschedule the event, if this is not possible, a full refund will be given. Should clients wish to cancel an event, notification should be given in writing. Any cancellations made within 3 months of the event are subject to cancellation fee, these cancellation fees will vary depending on the type of activity and the amount of notice given. As a guidline cancellations made within: 3 days of any activity are subject to a 100% Cancellation fee 7 days of any activity are subject to a 75% Cancellation fee 15 days of any activity are subject to a 50% Cancellation fee 3 weeks of any activity are subject to a 25% Cancellation fee 3 months of any activity are subject to a 15% Cancellation fee There are a few exceptions to the above guidelines. PAYMENT We accept payments by bank transfer, all major credit cards and cash payment. All events must be paid for in advance. In the rare case that there are any outstanding payments after the event has taken place, Lifestyle Experiences Group will take steps to recover the payments. Additional services and extra expenses incurred by the client will be invoiced following the event and are payable within 14 days of the date of invoice. Upon confirmation of an event the client will be submitted a booking form to complete and sign along with the terms and conditions. The booking form will be sent with or shortly followed by a pro-forma invoice. DEPOSIT A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is requested upon confirmation in order to guarantee the contracted services. This deposit may increase depending on the total value of the invoice and length of time between the confirmation of the event and the actual event date. PRICE All payments must be received in Euros and in full exclusive of any bank charges incurred. In the event of errors or omissions in a proposal or where an increase is caused by a change in circumstance, Lifestyle Experiences Group reserve the right to amend quoted prices with notice given to the client. CHANGES TO EVENT ATTENDEE NUMBERS The client must pay for the pre-agreed quantity of event attendees, as confirmed in the signed Booking Form. Any reduction in the number of attendees must be made at least 5 working days before the date of the event and then can only be a reduction of no more than 10% of the total number of attendees. In the event of a final reduction in the numbers of more than 10% Lifestyle Experiences Group will be under no obligation to reduce the price of the event. AVAILABILITY All experiences are offered subject to availability. Confirmation of availability is not valid until received in writing by us. Confirmation of a booking can then only be guaranteed on receipt of part or full payment of the event. TRANSPORTATION Other than where transportation is specifically included as part of an event, Lifestyle Experiences Group accepts no responsibility for a participant’s failure or late showing at an event. RESTRICTIONS Certain experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, health or weight. We will confirm with you at the time of booking if any restrictions apply to the participants. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the minimum requirements are not met. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE Many of our experiences necessarily involve varying degrees of risk. Some service providers may request that you sign a disclaimer before participating in an event. You will be informed of the policy of each of these types of events before attending. In some cases, you may wish to take out additional insurance cover for personal accidents, loss of limbs and even death before embarking on an experience. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTIONS The descriptions of experiences, events and venues in the brochure and on the website serve as indications only. There may be slight variations in schedules, venues and timings. If this information is important to you, please check with us at the time of booking. The pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The vehicles, craft, machines, animals and settings at each venue do vary. EXPERIENCE VENUES The Lifestyle Experiences Group network of experience service providers includes many of Spain´s best experience locations. We are always adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be at a different location. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these. EXPERIENCE SESSION LENGTHS Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change. CONDUCT Personal conduct on all events is expected to be of a good standard. The service provider reserves the right to terminate a customer’s participation or refuse entry if their conduct is deemed unruly. In such cases Lifestyle Experiences Group accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred. PERSONAL SAFETY Our suppliers are asked to provide the highest standards of safety for all customers and whereas we strive to inspect and attend many of the events throughout Spain, Lifestyle Experiences Group cannot provide any guarantee of the suppliers safety or performance standards. Many experiences are dangerous and involve varying degrees of personal risk. Some suppliers will require participants to sign disclaimers and may reserve the right to deem a person unfit for the experience. In this case, their decision and judgement is final. THE WEATHER Many Lifestyle Experiences Group’s experiences are dependent on the weather, if your event is cancelled due to the weather you will be able to rebook, but your rebooked experience remains subject to weather conditions. MECHANICAL FAILURE OR ILLNESS Where specific vehicles are featured, and in the event of mechanical breakdown or illness, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible we reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice. Participants in these circumstances shall be offered a refund or an alternative date or an event of at least the same value. COMPLAINTS If you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the host or event manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. Lifestyle Experiences Group will thoroughly investigate all complaints on behalf of the customer but if the service provider has not been informed on the day, we will find it difficult to act with any kind of authority if we only receive a letter of complaint after the event. Furthermore, Lifestyle Experiences Group’s liability shall be limited only to the cost of the sale price of the experience. DATA PROTECTION Lifestyle Experiences Group will keep information about clients confidential. The client accepts that his/her personal data will be stored securely in accordance with data protection legislation and that this data maybe passed to agents with whom Lifestyle Experiences Group has collaboration agreements in order to perform any services required by you. If you do not wish your information to be used for marketing, please let us know at our registered address. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prices include all local taxes and are correct at the time of print, but we reserve the right to increase the price of any experience without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you make your booking. Lifestyle Experiences Group ‘s liability for any claim or breach of obligation regarding any event shall not exceed the price of that activity. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of Lifestyle Experiences Group or any of our staff for whom we are responsible. Lifestyle Experiences Group reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers. ACCEPTANCE Your participation shall be constituted as acceptance of these terms and conditions. JURISDICTION Lifestylecorporate.com is a website owned by Lifestyle Experiences Group SL which is a company registered in Spain and as such any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be dealt with in the Spainish courts. | ||
