Lifestyle Experiences Group is a fully registered travel agent (No. GC-1490) and member of ACAV (The Catalan Association of Travel Agencies).

PAYMENT
We accept payments made by bank transfer, all major credit cards and cash payment. All events must be paid for in advance. In the rare case that there are any outstanding payments after the event has taken place, lifestylecorporate.com, will take the necessary steps to recover these payments. Additional services and extra expenses incurred by the client will be invoiced following the event and are payable within 14 days of the date of invoice. Upon confirmation of an event the client will be submitted a booking form to complete and sign along with the terms and conditions. The booking form will be sent with or shortly followed by a pro-forma invoice.

AVAILABILITY
All experiences are offered subject to availability. Confirmation of availability is not valid until received in writing by us. Pre-reservation of an event can be made on receipt of a partial payment. Confirmation of an event booking can then only be guaranteed on receipt of payment in full.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is requested upon confirmation in order to guarantee the contracted services. This deposit may vary depending on the total value of the invoice and length of time between the confirmation of the event and the actual event date. In some cases depending on the nature of the contracted service the deposit may or may not be refundable.

PRICE
All payments must be received in Euros and in full exclusive of any bank charges incurred. In the event of errors or omissions in a proposal or where an increase is caused by a change in circumstance, lifestylecorporate.com reserves the right to amend quoted prices with notice given to the client.

CHANGES TO EVENT ATTENDEE NUMBERS
The client must pay for the pre-agreed number of event attendees, as confirmed in the signed Booking Form. A reduction in attendee numbers of maximum 20% of the total can be made up to 20 working days before the event, or a final reduction of no more than 10% can be made at least 5 working days before the date of the event without any charges. In the event of a final reduction in the numbers of more than 10% or within 5 working days lifestylecorporate.com will be under no obligation to reduce the price of the event. There may also be instances where reducing the number of participants in an event will result in the overall increase of a pre-negotiated group cost. Customers will be advised of such instances before any changes are made.

CANCELLATIONS
In the instance of an event being cancelled by the service provider due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen factors lifestylecorporate.com will attempt to reschedule the event, if this is not possible, a full refund will be given. Should clients wish to cancel an event, notification should be given in writing and the following cancellation terms will apply:
Cancellations made up to:
10 working days before activity are subject to a 100% Cancellation fee
15 working days of any activity are subject to a 75% Cancellation fee
20 working days of any activity are subject to a 25% Cancellation fee
60 working days of any activity are subject to a 15% Cancellation fee

(Working days exclude all public holidays in Catalonia)

There are a few specific exceptions to the above guidelines, clients are asked to verify these terms at the time of booking if there are any doubts.

TRANSPORTATION
Other than where we specifically include or organize transportation as part of an event lifestylecorporate.com accepts no responsibility for a participant’s delay or failure to show at an event. Details of any public transportation given to clients by us in relation to our activities are given only as an extra non-obligated service and are subject to change. LifestyleCorporate.com accepts no responsibility for any unexpected mishaps regarding public transport and highly recommends that you take the time to visit the appropriate transport websites to plan your journey carefully.

RESTRICTIONS
Certain experiences are subject to minimum requirements including minimum or maximum age, health, weight or height etc. Such restrictions as well as what to bring, recommended clothing and minimum or maximum participant requirements are stated clearly on our website. Once booked, you may be liable for charges if you have to cancel because the stated requirements are not met therefore you are asked to read activity descriptions carefully on our website first before booking. Lifestylecorporate.com will not be responsible if these restrictions are not met.

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Many of our experiences involve varying degrees of risk. Some of these service providers may request that you sign a disclaimer before participating in an event. You will be informed of such cases before participating. All of our partners are fully insured however as an extra precaution we strongly urge you to take out additional personal travel insurance.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTIONS
The descriptions of experiences, events and venues in the brochure and on the website serve as indications only. There may be slight variations in schedules, venues and timings. If this information is important to you, please check with us at the time of booking. The pictures used in all promotional literature to illustrate experiences, particularly those that take place at more than one location, are used as an indication only. The vehicles, craft, machines, animals and settings at each venue do vary.

EXPERIENCE VENUES
The Lifestyle network of experience service providers includes many of Catalonia’s best experience locations. We are always adding to the locations we offer but occasionally we may need to withdraw venues featured here for reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative venues wherever possible, but please note this is likely to be in a different location. Each venue has its own terms and conditions (available upon request) and your participation is conditional on your acceptance of these terms.

EXPERIENCE SESSION LENGTHS
Session lengths are approximate, vary from venue to venue and are given simply as an indication of the time you will spend at the venue. We give itineraries as a guide only and the running order of an event may change.

CONDUCT
Personal conduct on all events is expected to be of a good standard. The service provider reserves the right to terminate a customer’s participation or refuse entry if their conduct is deemed unruly. In such cases Lifestylecorporate.com accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred.

PERSONAL SAFETY
Our suppliers are asked to provide the highest standards of safety for all customers and whereas we strive to inspect and attend many of the events throughout Catalonia, lifestylecorporate.com cannot provide any guarantee of the suppliers performance standards. Many of our experiences involve varying degrees of personal risk. Some suppliers will require participants to sign disclaimers and may reserve the right to deem a person unfit for the experience. In this case, their decision and judgment is final.

THE WEATHER
Many of lifestylebarcelona.com´s experiences are weather dependent. If weather conditions are extreme to the extent that our service providers deem it necessary to cancel an activity you will be able to rebook for another date but your rebooked experience remains subject to weather conditions. In the case that a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed a partial or full refund will be made depending on the activity. If a customer arbitrarily decides to cancel an activity due to weather conditions which are unpleasant but do not affect the safety of an activity the above mentioned cancellation fees will stand.

MECHANICAL FAILURE OR ILLNESS
Where specific vehicles are featured, and in the event of mechanical breakdown or illness, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice. Participants in these circumstances shall be offered a refund, an alternative date or an event of at least the same value.

COMPLAINTS
If you have a problem or complaint on the day of an activity, please bring it to the attention of the host or event manager at the venue as soon as possible so they have a chance to put matters right. Lifestylecorporate.com will thoroughly investigate all complaints on behalf of the customer but if the service provider has not been informed on the day, we will find it difficult to act with any kind of authority if we only receive a letter of complaint after the event. In all cases, lifestylecorporate.com’s liability shall be limited only to the cost of the sale price of the experience.

DATA PROTECTION
Lifestylecorporate.com will keep information about clients confidential. The client accepts that his/her personal data will be stored securely in accordance with data protection legislation and that this data may be passed to agents with whom lifestylebarcelona.com has collaboration agreements in order to perform any services required by you. If you do not wish your information to be used for marketing, please let us know at our registered address.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices include all local taxes and are correct at the time of print, but we reserve the right to increase the price of any experience without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you make your booking. Lifestylecorporate.com’s liability for any claim or breach of obligation regarding any event shall not exceed the price of that activity. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of lifestylebarcelona.com or any of our staff for whom we are responsible. Lifestylecorporate.com reserves the right to change these terms from time to time without reference to customers.

ACCEPTANCE
Your purchase and participation in any of our activities shall be constituted as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

JURISDICTION
Lifestylecorporate.com is a website owned by Lifestyle Experiences Group SL which is a company registered in Spain and as such any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be dealt within the Spanish courts.
