Human Towers

Human Towers is a Catalan tradition that dates back 250 years. It is the 'ultimate teambuilding activity'. To create a firm tower, the foundation must be strong, which requires teamwork and co-operation. To start off, the ‘leaders’ of the group must be identified, they will be given key tasks and asked to build a team according to personality traits such as ‘reliability’, ‘adventure’ and ‘ability to motivate’ amongst others.

Once you have the correct blend of personalities in your team, under the careful guidance of your fully trained instructors, you will begin to build a human tower. For people who are not used to working together, this is the perfect activity because a cohesive team bond is essential to make these towers firm and strong. The whole experience will give you an interesting insight into the history of Catalunya.
